To overcome the external deficiencies of vitamin d, you need to include fruits and vegetables in diet of your children. Give them fruits which are enriched in vitamins and also keep them away from the junk food consumption regularly. Cook fresh food at home for them which are very healthy for their bodies to grow and to complete the requirement of vitamins.
The deficiency of vitamin d is not impossible to cover, but you have to take special care of diet of you and your children. You must feed them with good and healthy food and quit the unhealthy life style. Let them do out door sports so they get proficient amount of vitamin d from the sunlight.
