My doctor recommended that I get an immune boosting product and he told me what to look for. This product had everything that he recommended and more. My daughter recommended this product to help strengthen my immune system. She said that if I wasnt willing to buy it myself then she was going to keep giving me bottles. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but started researching products like this and found this one to be a very rich formula since it contains more of the key ingredients that I could not find in just one other product that was similar. She says that she has gotten a lot less colds last winter and sometimes just got the symptoms but not the full cold like some of her coworkers where she works.
